Team
For more than 25 years, Cam has been helping entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses. The vast majority of that time has been focused on the investment management industry, including what started as a rather small segment of the Canadian market, alternative assets.
Cam has worked on both sides of the table. As an advisor, he has involved in hundreds of transactions totaling tens of billions of dollars – raising equity and debt capital, restructuring funds and facilitating the purchase and sale of businesses or platforms. On the GP/corporate side, he has led corporate development, capital markets and distribution initiatives. This dual perspective gives him a unique ability to bridge strategy with execution, ensuring not only that strong ideas take shape but that the infrastructure exists to make them successful.
Cam holds an MBA/LLB from York University and two undergraduate degrees from the University of Windsor. He currently serves on the investment committees of the 48th Highlanders and St. John Council of Ontario. He and his wife Kay reside in Toronto with their two children.

Nicole leads the Family Office and Investor Relations vertical at Rothmere. She brings over 12 years of experience across capital markets, investment management, and corporate strategy, specializing in capital alignment, deal syndication, and growth advisory across North America.
Nicole's extensive experience includes top-tier financial institutions such as Scotiabank Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets. Her institutional background spans fixed income research, complex trading operations, cross-asset analytics, and portfolio management, both buy-side and sell-side.
At Rothmere, Nicole spends much of her time understanding the needs of family offices, UHNW and institutional investors. Combining rigorous financial analytics with an intentional approach to capital alignment, she serves as a trusted partner to allocators and growth-stage companies alike.
Nicole holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and serves on the Investment Committee for the Order of St. John. She is based in Toronto.
